Women's Section

Ealing Golf Club is very keen to promote and encourage Women's golf at every level and welcome girls and women of all ages and ability.

We have an active, friendly and welcoming section that caters not only for women interested in competition play but also for those who just want to enjoy social golf.

Our diverse competitions programme includes weekday and weekend monthly medals and stablefords, pairs and singles knockout events, regular roll-ups, friendly fixtures against other local clubs, mixed competitions and fun team competitions as well as regional and national competitions.

The Women's Section has a busy social diary which includes bridge, book club and, during the winter months, organised lunch gatherings. There are also various club wide social and golf events throughout the year. Once a month we have a Breakfast to get together, share news and organise some golf for the coming month.

New members are always welcome into the Women's Section - whether you are a novice golfer who has not yet acquired a handicap, a returning golfer who wants to get back into the game, a casual golfer looking to play an occasional social round or an experienced golfer looking for new challenges.

The club has a very popular range of lesson options - for complete beginners or those wanting to get back into golf - which can lead to various levels of membership.

Once you have become a member of the club the Section provides a very relaxed and friendly programme of Rules and Etiquette sessions to help you enjoy playing confidently at Ealing or at any other golf course. As a new member you can, if you wish, be allocated an experienced lady member to help you to find your way around and settle into golf at Ealing.

Our Women's Captain, Catherine Hogg, would be particularly pleased to welcome any prospective new women members to Ealing Golf Club.
